Privacy & Your Details

This site is a preview running in demo / test mode. Your order details and Fresh Catch Club points are stored only in your browser, on this device. Nothing is charged, sent to a server, or shared.

What we collect. When you place an order or join the Fresh Catch Club, you give us your name, phone number and email address. If you choose delivery, you also give a delivery address.

Why we use it. To prepare and hand over your order, to text you when it is ready, and to run your Fresh Catch Club points and member discount. That is all.

In this demo. Ordering and rewards run in test mode. Your details and points live only in this browser (in local storage). No payment is taken, no order reaches the kitchen, and nothing is sold, shared, or sent off your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.

When it goes live. Real ordering, payment and rewards will be handled by trusted providers solely to fulfil your order and run your membership, in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. A full privacy policy will be published before any real customer details are collected.

Your choice. You can order as a guest without joining the club. You can sign out of the Fresh Catch Club at any time from the rewards page.
